Forum: Wishes and new features - Topic: Parametric EQ Plug In or standard Feature

I was having a think about my current setup today and thought that it would be fantastic, since the music is already digital, to have a parametric, full band EQ plug in avalible for VDJ so that we can appropriate EQ a setup without having to carry around additional equipment. It would be great for mobile and Club use.

I had a bit of a search of the forum using the terms "parametric EQ" "EQ" and "equilizer" and didn't come across anything.

Does anyone know of a freeware software solution already on the market that would work well with VDJ or of someone working on someting like this?

If I'm not mistaken VDJ supports VST:s, no? If so, then there's tons of great eq:s out there, among other from companies such as Meldaproductions and Voxengo. :)

djdecks supports effects on the master channel, so we will probably see it in vdj 8

That's excellent. I hope to see some bigger improvements in the fx-dept. After trying it out, I do wish for more seamless VST-implementation as well.
