hey I'm here to help those that downloaded the demo of this and don't have the mapping for the ion dj discovery. Here's my custom mapping, you may also add to this as it would make this mapping more helpful for other. I'm using virtual dj 5.2.1. I find that 6.0.2 doesn't match this as well

left hand side

cue button = cue on deck 1
sync = sync on deck 1
volume knob = gain, absolute, on deck 1
bass knob = bass, absolute, on deck 1
treble knob = high, absolute, on deck 1
play = play_pause on deck 1
pitch -% = pitch, value -16, on deck 1
pitch +% = pitch, value +16, on deck 1
while moving the platter = scratch, encoder, +1=1, -1=127, increments 100, on deck 1
after tapping platter = hold, momentarily, value = 1, on deck 1

on right hand side

If you down load the latest trial you will find it is fully supported properly.
