If I want something to keep repeating how would I make this happen?
Example - Say I want to make announcements/intros but I want background sound but say the clip is only a few seconds long but I want it to keep playing
I'm sure it has to do with looping but trying to figure this out is driving me crazy
You would think a guy with about 20 yrs of experience could make it work but I guess not LOL

In vdj 7 you could just load the announcement to a sampler slot and and make sure the loop checkmark is set. That way you have your decks available to play tracks.

Yes, looping will work just fine. You can set an automatic loop, or set an in and out point. Just try either method, at home to get used to doing it. Look in the loop section, and select an 8 beat loop. hitting the forward arrow, will increase to 16 beats, and so forth. The other method, hit in at the start of your loop and out at the end. There is also a user manual, located in the download of the software. You can also create a sample of the track you want, and put that into a loop.
