I've just looked at..
The Beatles Very Good
Frank Sinatra Very Good
Dean Martin Good
Neil Diamond Excellent
Kylie Good
Robbie Williams Poor
Bruno Mars Very Good but Uptown Funk was missing.
Meghan Trainor a couple of important ones but not All About the Bass.

If you could buy and download the missing songs it would be ok.

You need some kind of base pack on your hdd.

I wonder if companies like Sunfly would ever allow the pre-purchase of unspecified songs?
The idea being you have payed in advance for a set number of songs, hence there are no money problems.
Then when you get the awkward request on a Saturday night you just login and download direct from Sunfly.
Their servers would have to be good to stand the Saturday night peak load.
Getting a song the next day would be no good.

I need a way to supplementing my karaoke songs via downloading on the night.
Maybe Sunfly are already good enough?
Has anyone bought songs off a company on a Saturday night whilst working?
To be able to offer almost every song in the world is the Holy Grail for the karaoke man.

Bigron I do this often with ASK and SBI, and yes, their songs are good. Get yourself set up with them, and enjoy.

"Will I have to be online to play the songs that you downloaded from from content unlimited"

They can be stored on your computer in the form of cache.
The songs DRM needs refreshing once a month, so you have to go online once a month.
Hence you don't need to be on the internet while your doing a gig.

"mrgrumpy1what is ASK and SBI"

SBI are a company who sell karaoke songs via the internet. If I remember right they charge £1.69 a song.
I guess the other company is as well.
