try something like this
top 50 play count and File Path contains "your folder name" or File Path contains "your folder name"
if you need more folders add more "or File Path contains "your folder name"" on the end
you will get the top 50 play counts from the folders u specify

Or just create a filter folder that is nested in your destination folder.
Use top 50 nbplay as action
And set the scope of the filterfolder to folder.
