Sujet Pioneer DDJ-SX2 headphone question

Ce topic est ancien et peut contenir des informations obselètes ou incorrectes.

I'm trying to rule out either the deck or VDJ as an issue.

With headphones plugged in to the deck, I only hear the master mix, I cannot hear individual cues. I've adjusted every setting I can think of. The deck is brand new, and this is my first time using... All of the VDJ functions work. Is there a setting in VDJ that I missed?

As a temporary fix, I have the headphones plugged in my audio jack on my Macbook and set headphone audio to output to built in audio. This is working as designed.

SX2 Offers a "Headphones Mix" knob.
Make sure that this knob is turned all way to the left.

That knob is to the left (which reads cue) still nothing. I really think I have a board issue.

In Applications->Utilities->audio Midi setup :
- make sure the DDJ-SX2 is not the default audio device for Output and Input.
- In the same window, click on the DDJ-SX2 to select it, then ->"configure speakers" ->Multichannel tab, ->set to Quadrophonic (4 speakers)
