You should be able to use the controller for 10 mins. However, if you are looking for full functionality the answer is NO. In order to use a controller, you can buy a controller license, or a subscription license which will allow you to use any controller, as long as you pay your monthly subscription. Of course the pro license will get you the whole kit and caboodle

No they are two different options.
There is no discount available for Pro Sub to Pro Infinity.
