Can we turn a wireless camera in local camera for it to be detectable by VDJ?

Yes. The camera has to have a transmitter, with a receiver connected to a video capture device, which is connected to your computer.
BEWARE. Not all video capture devices, work with all computers, or operating systems. If your video capture device works with your computer and your OS, then it will work with a wireless camera. I had a capture device that worked with XP, but would not work with Win 7. The company did not provide drivers, and there were some third party drivers out there (who knows if they would have worked), so I bought a new one.
