I am having problems with the focus skin. For some reason the videos don't show up at the 3 screens it only shows up on the pop up window and I have to
minimize it to play with the skin. Anyone know why is that? Your help is greatly appreciated.

I had or have the same problem.
It is a setting that causes this issue. I'm not sure what settings exactly, although I wanted to give it a good test, but forgot in the meantime.
Just delete your settings.xml and it should work again.
