Sujet video window shortcut or button to open/close

Can't find a way to reopen a video window after closing it manually. Is there a shortcut?

On Windows CTRL+V.
I believe it should be CMD+V on Mac.

if I remember right, I think pressing 'CTRL+V' on your keyboard opens and closes the video window as well.
