We need to purchase a new PRO license for a new user on a MacBook. The old software is Virtual DJ 7 PRO. Client lost any info regarding Virtual DJ license. We don't want to install a new version and want to transfer all the playlists from one user to a second user on the same Mac.
If we purchase the $299 (or $19/mo) license can I use that for the old 7 PRO software?
If yes, can I transfer the playlists between the two users?

Who's "we"? What do you mean by "client"? Is the client one of "we"?
You say "new user" but then you mention the "old software". Whose is the software - yours or the clients? Who are the "two users"?
If you (or the "client") own VDJ 7 Pro then there's no need to buy anything. VDJ 8 is a free upgrade for Pro license holders - and you (he) really should upgrade because VDJ 7 is no longer updated, and has not been for several years now.
If you (or the "client") is installing to a new computer and/or using a new controller then VDJ 8 is what you/they should be using.
As for "losing all info" that's not possible. Not only does the purchase of VDJ Pro involve registering on this site (so the details would be in your/his account) but every time VDJ 7 Pro starts up, the splash screen shows the email address which was used to register it.
FYI buying a new full Pro license does still include VDJ 7, but the monthly rental option does not - that only works with VDJ 8.
