Sujet Playing a song in a deck with it's volume at 0% shouldn't trigger POI OS2L Macro Actions

It's not desirable for dmx lighting to change scenes with the music via POI when setting a cue point on a deck using PFL to headphones and the deck volume at 0%, so it would be great if any OS2L Macro Actions were ignored on any deck with the volume set at 0%.
