Sujet Waveform on not displaying fully after the 6017 update

Hi

Today updated to the V8.5-64-b6017 version.

The waveforms for the upper most and lowest, ie the (Blue, deck 1 and Orange, deck 4) decks do not display fully unless they are playing. One can ONLY see cue points on Orange (deck 4) unless it is playing. Or said another way . One can NOT see the cue points on the Orange, (deck 4s) waveform when it is stopped.

The waveforms displayed fully (correctly) with the b5980 install. (I don't know how to revert to the b5980 install to verify ). But know it was displaying correctly before the update.

The waveforms display correctly if set to only show the L and R decks (ie 2 waveforms).

The system I am using is

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 2700X Eight-Core Processor (3699.99 MHz)
Memory: 65487 MB
OS Version: Microsoft Windows 10 64-bit (Build 19041.329)
Graphics Card Vendor: NVIDIA Corporation
Graphics Card: GeForce GTX 1080 Ti/PCIe/SSE2

Windows Graphics Driver Version: 26.21.14.4187
OpenGL Version: 4.6.0 NVIDIA 441.87

could there be VDJ setting that is causing it?

There's nothing wrong with the waveforms then, just the cue points?

I just tested here, and everything seems fine. I can see cue points on all four waveforms when decks are stopped.

Thanks for updating your post with the system specs.

Do you have mathengine turned on? Try with it off.

Also try changing the experimentalskinengine setting.

ty for for you feedback.

I just toggled the settings that I have changed from defaults.. to see if one of them is needed for the waveform NOT to display correctly.

And experimentalSkinEngine when set to Yes causes the waveforms NOT to display correctly in the 6017 update.
Setting to No or default Auto allows the waveforms to display correctly.

This is an easy fix. :)

Yep it was the experimentalSkinEngine you Rock !
