I have just purchased a Mixtrack Platinum FX contoller but I can only see the none FX version listed in my compatible controllers list.
I have VDJ version 8.3
How does one set this up ?...can I import the mapping ?

support for the platinumFX was added BUILD 5872 (2020-06-11) [v8.4]
I also believe that unit had to have new script actions for vdj so, even writing your own def & mapping file will have problems.

Thank you for your reply and help with this......disappointing there is no way to import a new controller map to you software

If you have 8.3 you can upgrade to 2020 or 2021 for free

I don't see how it's built in obsolence. We couldn't know what was needed to support w controller that did not exist at the time...
