Sujet 1920x1080 @60 FPS Video Broadcasting - Page: 1
Hello, did someone managed to Broadcast with 60 fps?

Can't get it to work..
What i did is setup the Broadcast Video Quality to Custom: 1920x1080@6000, 192

Skin FPS is set to 60
Video FPS is set to 60

But if i look into Twitch i got only 30 fps over there.
Sure i have a Cam with 60 fps and sure twitch would work with 60 fps..
In OBS you can stream out with 60 fps but i use Virtual DJ because of the Video Skin and the "actual Song Overlay". Other option would be to catch the actual Title in OBS somehow and stream over OBS... hmm Idea?

Thanks everyone...

sure thing and i did..
got 1920x1080 @6000 out on twitch, that's no problem and worked very well since months... But could not get 60 fps...

do i have to setup the 60 fps output somewhere els or is that just not possible?

Looks like you have correct settings. Might be a hardcoded max fps somewhere.
But will check with the guys ;-)

Thank you!

Yes seems settings are so far correct... when i have a quick look into virtual dis stats where you can see cpu usage, skin, etc its says that skin is running with 60 fps, video is 60 fps (or more (theoretical much more sometimes) the 1920x1080 with 192 Kbits came out on twitch with no problem..

And i send the cam virtual from OBS with 60 fps to virtual dj..
i use a Avermedia PW513... This cam can 4K@30 oder 1080@60 and in OBS it was setup to 60 and OBS shows the output with 60fps...

Thank you for the help!

Video streaming and recording is currently limited to 30fps internally.

Personally i used the windows game bar (win+g on win 10)
it records at full VDJ size (the one you choosen in options without the desktop in underground) at 60 fps , the sound is clean and it doens't kill your computer's resources
(just launch a sampler or a sound before press win+g to faint windows to start recroding :) )

But for live stream , you can also use Nvidia Geforce Experience (if you have a recent Nvidia video card), it records the sound and all what is passing on you screen , full quality, full FPS, and there's a live option inside.

The latest EA update Build 6404 now has the 60fps broadcast option and it works beautifully, I did a 30min test stream to twitch and the video clearly says 60fps 1280 x1080 and it is buttery smooth too. Although for some reason it's no longer on my twitch channel - but anyway Cheers Adion

Yesterday i used build 6418 but that was not working with 60 fps on twitch for me.
put the skin fps, the video fps to 60 but on twitch i had only 30 fps...
used i higher build to try than yours. is it not in that one?
