Forum: PC Version Technical Support - Topic: Windows Vista, Hercules RMX and Virtual DJ 5 LE ASIO problem

I am running Windows Vista on my laptop with the Hercules RMX and Virtual DJ5 but i am having no success. Everytime I open Virtual DJ LE I get an instant error message "error in ASIO sound output driver". I have not been able to play a file using the Hercules RMX and virtual DJ 5 LE. I have un-installed and re-installed the latest driver from the web several times but the error is still the same. When the error message comes up and i cancel it, virtual dj will continue to load and the database will be present and selecting and loading a song will be good but nothing else will happen after that, the song will not play and there is no sound when the play button is pressed. It is as if the software freezes. How do I get virtual DJ 5 LE to play using the Hercules RMX and my computer running Windows Vista?

i had the same problem all you gotta do is under the sound options change the driver to the asio driver
