Move to macOS if you hate Windows.
It's UX-based, it runs VDJ and you'll find macOS drivers for your gear more likely than with Linux.

Hardware support makes it worse. Most DJ controllers are built for Windows and macOS. On Linux, compatibility is often unreliable or requires workarounds. not acceptable in professional use.
