nice work! Some great tracks on that! Haven't heard this stuff in ages!
as far as gain eg goes - you can change the settings in your options
Options > Auto Gain > Auto/Remember

I;ll give that a try thanks. I read on here some people user the program called MP3 gain. Anybody have experience with that?

also i believe itunes has a import setting that will nomalize

MP3Gain is a good program, drop a hand full of tracks in a test directory first and give it a try, see how it works for you.
