I just got vdj pro last night and the program still will not open! i got that error messge above in the title. did any body else ever get this error message? very disappointed! already sent a ticket, but i just wanted to see if anybody had this error yet to speed up the process.

already uninstalled and re-downloaded and reinstalled 4 xs
