It would be really useful to be able to have nested folders that can be expanded/collapsed for storing the virtual folders to cut down on scrolling. Like you can in other programs.
For example:
A folder for Club then inside that folder virtual folders for various types. 2009/2008/floorfillers etc. etc.
Party music/party 1, party 2 etc etc.
Also the ability to sort virtual folders and favourite by alphabetical order in the list on the left.
