I have a problem..
I can't buy TCVs because there is no my country when you go to create PayPal account. So i can't purchase it from my country. I live in Slovenia.
I already write to e-service (2 weaks ago), but i didn't get answer yet.
Anybody knows if there is any other possibility to purchase TCVs?
