I'd buy Skin Resizer Tool v2.1.1 but i don't have any idea how to use it can somebody help me with, because i want to make skins and uploading to other peoples download it and use'em

Hi,
The Skin Resizer Tool is only for resizing a skin, not to create one.
If you want to create skins, you can use the Skin creator too, but only Pro users can download it.
