I'd like a smooth transition between various pionts of a song
I use Karaoke zips in VDJ in place of .mid files as backround accompnement and Sing & play guitar along with them.
Often it's important to make a song longer as folks may get up to dance in the last 10 seconds of a song for instance.
Winamp has had this feature since I can remember, it uses 333ms of simultanious fade in of the new piont and fade out
of the current point and it can dosen't sound like a hard edit to any one i've asked. It's very musical and usefull.
My repitoire is over 2000 live songs so i won't be putting cue marks in them based just on the chance i might need to elongate them.
I would gladly pay for this feature. any Takers?

Wouldn't it be easier to create a keyboard shortcut like "goto -16",
so when the song is ending and you decide to make it longer it
would instantly jump exactly 4 bars back in time.
Sounds much more natural than a short fade :) (ok, only in case
the song has constant tempo)
