Its easily done if you have additional soundcard available and maybe 1 additional channel on the mixer.
I've actually done this a couple of times on my weekend shows on VDJ Radio and it works fine :-)
My setup is so that my VDJ program sends sound to 2 channels in the mixer via 1 soundcard. Then skype uses another soundcard but same linein for mic. Then take the second soundcard lineout into your mixer and vupti you have sound :-)
The reason for me using 2 different soundcards is to ensure volume can be administrated separately so quality is always as good as it can be
