It is simple. You need a few parts from your local electronics store. Start with a stereo mini plug to female mini mono L/R. Plug your headphones in to one of them. Convert the other one to dual RCA and plug in to your amp or mixer.
Before you do all that, you must buy VDJ because those features are not available in the trial version.
In VDJ setup (once purchased), set the soundcard for one soundcard. VDJ then makes one channel the output and the other headphone.
