Sujet Limiter to prevent clipping

Please can we have some sort of limiter to prevent clipping built in to VDJ.

There are a few skins that do show this. If I find them I'll post em for you.

Needs to 1900 x 1200 res and video. I currently use a customised version the multifunction skin
