Hello
When scripting I often find myself stuck to use same button (knobs, fader) as same function as the other side (other decks)
If we could individualize decks 1 ( deck 1 volume-fader, eq low, eq mid, eq high..so on. Then deck 2 volume-fader, eq low, eq mid, eq high)
This look to be a longer process to script but remove hassle in the long run using midi-usb controller.

So you would prefer to write script twice instead of once?
You prefer to wrte
deck 1 volume
deck 2 volume
instead of
volume
???

If you wish to make a button perform different functions on each side of a dual-deck controller, you can use: device_side 'left' ? left action : right action
Please see http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/VDJScript%20Examples.html
NOTE: Dual (Or more) deck controllers with duplicate controls on both sides are mapped like this to keep the mapping simple.
