Everything is working great but when i begin to record my mix and play it back, you could hear both decks playing at the same time :( rather than hearing one song at a time

I`ve got the same problem.
When I listen back a recording it sound like both my faders where open all the time.
But during de recording I heard nothing.
My setup is:
VMS4>AMP>Speakers.
My VMS4 is connected to my PC only to control VDJ.
Anyone has a solution?
