Hello,
I have a hercules dj control mp3 e2,
but when I connect it to my computer,
the virtual dj software asks my serial number, but I lost that,
what can I do?
help me please

i lost my original account information that i used the key code for my hercules dj control mp3 e2 on and i can't find my disc either. is their any way you can send me a new code. the only info i have for the controller is the number on the bottom which is 4780583 and I'm sure its just the production number.
