If you plug your laptop to a TV, VDJ will record in your TV's resolution. Unplug TV and then try to record with desired resolution. Also check the latest DiectX update or disable Aero...

Even wen Its not connected to TV its Stuck
Only on the small screen (Standard) It's recorder good
But see its not even giving me An option to open the "choose" option...
i want to recorde for a VJ..

This codec is cool for recording, but it's not free...

I'll try to find some free ones... Divx and Xvid really sucks for recording, always choppy.
