I'd like to see the width of, say 16, beats in the waveform: Alternating background colors or a line or something like that each 16 beats..
It would really help to see when to mix in the new track and make the break and drop match up. This is hard now, because tracks have different lengths and sometimes the shape of the waveform isn't enough to make it out. I often find myself measuring the distance between cuepoints with my fingers to see when I'm at the 16/32th beat from the break.
Using the beatgrid (the four blocks in the default skin) isn't sufficient, because I don't know when a track is playing if the is at n*16 or n*32 beats.
