Add an Option that keeps pitch bend (from the jog) turned off after your hand has ceased contact with touch jogwheel until the wheel rotation has returned to zero. Or you could even have it fractional. Allow it to be anywhere from 100% to 0% of the rotation to translating to bend until rotation is zero.
