Sujet Numark MixDeck Quad

I just bought Mixdeck Quad Numark, I tried making it work fully with VirtualDJ and it didnt work so I thought by buying the full version would work. I purchase the full version of VDJ and still does not work... Please help me I dont know what to do and have spent so much money and have gotten no results
