Hi Charlie

it would help to understand your setup and what VDJ version you use.
Soundcard, external mixer, midi controller etc.

The soundcard is the problem, because it does not have enough stereo outputs.

While using this soundcard you just can use it the following way.

Input - none
Output - Headphone
Soundcard - 4-out ---_> beside select the soundcard

Connectthe soundcard with your headphones and the soundcard output with your speakers.

Please see http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/External%20mixer%20pre-listening%20with%20headphones.html

The Behringer UCA222 only has a single stereo output so is unsuitable for separate deck outputs to an external mixer. You will ideally need a proper dedicated multi-channel DJ sound card such as Numark DJIO. Or you could use two UCA222's (One for each deck.)

Please also register your Pro serial number on your profile page http://www.virtualdj.com/users/edit.html and then download the latest version from the Download Center: http://www.virtualdj.com/download/updates.html

If you have not purchased VirtualDJ Pro then please support the software and its future development by purchasing it: http://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html

NOTE: If you aren't using MIDI controllers and don't need full-screen video, then VirtualDJ Basic also supports separate deck outputs to an external mixer: http://www.virtualdj.com/products/basic.html
