Sujet looking for a song

Hi there,

I'm looking for a song, i hope you know wich i mean :

The title of the song is something like -acid-, in the song it sounds like : "assjiiieeed". It's very old, i think one of the first "house-songs" I think it's about 15 years old.
I think that it was also the first time i saw a smiley on a cover.
I think it's from Belgium, but i'm not sure.
Hope you know the name and/or artist from this song?
