Sujet Mic Attenuation within VDJ PRO v7

Ce topic est ancien et peut contenir des informations obselètes ou incorrectes.

Hi,

So I'm currently using VDJpro v7 and hercules RMX to broadcast a radio show and have had no end of trouble getting the set up I want, I have all but figured it out now, however, I have one last niggly problem and that is the mic attenuation.

It only appears to affect the signal going out of the console from output 1&2. I'm not broadcasting from that output, but rather from within VDJ itself (just using the console as a controller rather than a sound card), is there any way of getting VDJ to attenuate the music when the mic is turned on in VDJ?

Please register your Pro serial number to your account http://www.virtualdj.com/users/edit.html and then download the latest version from the Download Center: http://www.virtualdj.com/download/updates.html

If you have not purchased VirtualDJ Pro then please support the software and its future development by purchasing it: http://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html (Especially if you are working DJ and are making money as a result of using it at your gigs.)

VirtualDJ doesn't have a mic talkover by default, but you could map a button that you don't use or a keyboard shortcut to the following:

down ? deck active volume 25% : deck active volume 100%

Adjust the values to suit your requirements if necessary. Press and hold the button while talking on the mic.
