This may be a "silly" question but .. what does it mean when you click on the words (Artist, track Tiltle, Elapsed Time, Gain ect ect..) on the deck panel and the words change colour? So for example on Deck 1 "Elapsed" is grey but when I click on it, it turns white !

It doesnt actually changing anything else other than the color of the the text. It provides you the ability to see those texts in different color.
Some texts also (e.g. the Artist/Title) could offer the option to see the text scrolling. For example in the default 2 Decks skin, the Title has 4 different options (2 colors with scrolling text or not scrolling text when the text is too big to fit in the area)
