Using Denon 6000 mk1 as the mixer, on sound set up reading http://www.virtualdj.com/homepage/jpboggis/blogs/4365/Denon_DN-MC6000_Configuration_And_Troubleshooting.html
I have a laptop connected via the denon usb, and i have two line ins going to another pc with a pci sound card, so basically have laptop on 2/3 and other pc on 1/4 (backup pc)
Should i have the Inputs: in sound set up set to Inputs: Line INs
if set to none what would i get?

I don't think you need the VDJ inputs set to Line In.
In your case, you're connecting the audio signal from a 2nd laptop to the analogue inputs of the MC6000, which are then routed to the MC6000 output. It's all done on the MC6000 - the VDJ inputs are not relevant.

Ok, i thought i had mine set to none.
Will double check later
Is that more for internal mixer of the VDJ?
Don't quite understand that part of sound setup

Yes, that's software mixer Line In (the mixer on screen). When you're using an external mixer, you have that on your hardware.
