I used my SX today and all of sudden no output on the right side then the crossfader not working. Please help asap

Ok now checking it out properly my crossfader isnt moving at all that is why the output is low can someone help me with this ASAP

I watched the video.
Two thoughts on ways you could get around the problem:
1) You could move the on screen crossfader with your mouse.
2) You could switch the mixer channels to "through" instead of A or B, so the crossfader position will not matter.
Try resetting the mapping to default. Maybe it's been modified.

In CONFIG-->Options tab, make sure the Crossfader is not set to Disabled

Try it with the Serato software to confirm it's your SX and not VDJ.

hey there, can somebody help me out? here is my problem: when i conect my ddj sx to my computer everything works fine except for the PFL buttons, I cant hear a thing but the mix...There´s no pfl, please tell me what to do, i dont know how to install the mappers either, i found them here but i dont know what to do with them

I have tried the New virtual dj 8 (traile version) but it coupler not work with my "Deejay trim 4&6 hercules" what do i wrong? My mixer is djm 700 // 2x cdj 800 mk2 hope somebody Can help me.
