No I don't think you can.
You can manually assign a color to a track, but you can't assign a reason for it to be that color (such as showing all reggae as green, or all played tracks as red).

It's a bit early to say that!
OK so it can't be done now (AFAIK) but maybe it can be changed. If the ability to assign colors to things is there, then making it do so when X criteria is met should be possible.
