Is there anyway we can get a rough of idea of what the team has on the to do list?
Will/Are they working on:
Slideshow functions from VDJ 7
Drag to delete from Automix
Key change access on 4 deck skin
Pitch Lock on stock skin (Using a custom button as of right now but it seems like an odd thing to leave out.)
Video/Jog toggle for stock skin
Expanded wave form area after turning off covers
Is there a way to turn off cover download for content unlimited only? One of the places I play at has horibile internet service, and it's killing all of my bandwidth trying to download covers when net searching.

No way of knowing what they are working on.
What I can tell you is they will prioritise bugs over feature requests.

Can't get my home computer sound to work in VDJ 8. Works fine in v7.4. Can anyone help in fixing that fact that I just can't get any Sound? Uninstalled it 3x still dead air and hissing on other settings!

Maybe you should start a thread, and include your specs.
Mac/PC and version
Processor
Grafix
Ram
Controller/Soundcard
