the "Load ON" actions are present in the right-click menu to secure that you will be able to load songs on the decks even with custom skins that dont offer dropzones (special areas defined in the skin to drag n drop files to decks).
If you use mouse and right-click menu, then apparently its simple enough to drag n drop the songs to any part of the Browser :)
