Hello,
If you are still able to reproduce the crash with the latest available build ,we would like to get the crash report from your computer, so please follow the next steps....
- Launch VirtualDJ and set the CrashGuard setting from Advanced Options to No.
- Close VirtualDJ, re-open and try to reproduce the crash.
- If you manage to do so, the software will not re-launch on crash and you will probably get a Crash report.
- Please post the content of the report here.
- You can then set the setting back to Yes, if you need to keep the software relaunching on potential crashes.
side question. Are the files you are trying to add to the Virtual folder coming from an external Hard Drive ? If so can you check that a subfolder named as Folders is available inside the /VirtualDj folder of your Hard Drive ?
Thank you
