in version 8 my controller is not in the Hercules listing although vdj 8 says it reconizes it , the problem is the mic button wont turn on and off the mic on ver 8 the mapping is correct

yes it the led mic button to turn mic on and off in vdj sotware worked well on 7 but not on 8

I think you have to check your setup in VDJ8, select she 4-mx soundcard, not in ASIO mode and activate Line-in or Mic and tell me if it changes something.

I got it fixed I reinstalled the driver update from Hercules
