Sujet Dragging a song up to the deck that then dows not seem to be there

Hi, VDJ8 installs fine and all seems well until I drag a song on to the deck (any song) and then it simply doesn't play. There is no wave display or anything. I am subscribing but the only other download option now is VDJ Home which although it will let me play all the music, will not configure correctly with my controller/mixer, nor will it keep my sound card settings.

Not sure where I can go now??

Any help would be appreciated.
