i am using serato timecode vinyl and my sound card is Hercules rmx 2 and i am also using external mixer everything is good except 1 thing in the beginning of a song/track it sometime skips back or forward when i scratch only in the beginning after that the song play fine i can scratch .and in the beginning when i hold the timecode vinyl to release it the pitch jumps to can somebody help me with this issue please. Help

nobody helping me with this issue i even call contact support and he said that he can not help me he told me to right about the issue .so that what i am doing. it been about 2 week nothing
