I think I've found another bug but correct me if I'm wrong.
If you don't have any subfolders in a favourite folder, for example, I've got no subfolders in my Music Videos folder, it will not show any filters folders within it.
This is a snip of my folders all collapsed :-
I have subfolders in "Audio" and "CDG" both of which I can expand. I only have a filter folder in "Video" but as you can see it cannot be expanded.
