Hi everybody, thanks for taking the time to read my post - picked up a Hercules rmx console and i have installed and everything seems to be working well, i got sound out of my headphones which is extremely loud (using the top face jack) however i got 2 12 inch traynor speakers which are plugged into the rmx console with digiflex gold 1/4 inch plugs and put it this way the headphones are competing with the speakers right now ???? At max the speakers are sounding maybe 10-20 %. Any input would appreciated.

Are you plugging a pair of passive speakers (no amplifier) directly into the line level outputs of the RMX?
If so, you can't do that. Passive speakers need to be run from an amplifier.
