"crossfader" setting is supposed to play deck A at 0% (all the way left) and deck B at 100% (all the way right).
However, both decks play at the same volume when the crossfader is all the way left or all the way right.
With Virtual DJ 7.4.1 this was not an issue.
I have recently upgraded to Virtual DJ 8 and purchased the pro license.
Everything else on the controller does what it's supposed to do.
Thank you.

There is no need to make the above change in the mapper.
Either your Audio Setup is incorrect or the crossfader is disabled.
Things you need to check...
- The Audio crossfader on the screen should move to the same direction as your hardware crossfader slider.
- you are using the factory default mapping from Config->Controllers tab
- The setting crossfadercurve (from Config->Options) is not set to disabled
- the Audio Setup is Master & Headphones (chans 1,2 & Chans 3,4)

"The setting crossfadercurve (from Config->Options) is not set to disabled"
djdad, you were RIGHT. I had the crossfadercurve set to disabled and I now have it set to "full".
Thanks!!!
Back to normal.... (awwwww) loving Virtual DJ 8 Pro!
