as title say, for example, if you delete all elements and only leave "Desktop, MyComputer", now press enter and close the options, and you will see that in the skin that the rootFolders that you have deleted are still present, due the changes are not applied or updated automatically, so you have to restart VDJ or you have to click left button in the skin "browser_options"-->"Root elements", and select something manually to apply the changes.
